In order to register a new active substance or a new plant protection product within the European Union you have to submit an Annex II or an Annex III dossier according to Regulation (EC) No.1107/2009. The Annex II/Annex III dossier consists of a summary of specific studies and trials, which will allow evaluation of the risk to Human Health, the Environment, and the Biological Efficacy and Safety of your product in its target crop(s).
